Brittney Cares: Donation to House Fire Victim

Brittney Cares is honored to share with you that we have made a recent donation of $2,000 to fire victims, Mistery Pierce and James Fowler after they suffered a devastating loss in a home fire. All donations will go toward rebuilding their lives and finding a new home.

On March 6, 2021, Mistery, James, and their teenage daughter were going to bed just like any night in the past three years since they had leased this home. At around 9:00 pm they suddenly heard a breaker trip on the breaker box in their room. At first, they did not think anything of it because the landlord had been made aware of the situation before.

No more than a couple of minutes after hearing the breaker trip, they began to smell smoke. The fire was coming from behind the stove. Mistery and James hurried to get their daughter out of the house and also saved their pets.

Their family is heartbroken about the terrible situation and looking to relocate their lives. If you are able to make any type of donation, the family will be extremely thankful.
