Summer is right around the corner, and in today’s highly competitive real estate market, it can be very difficult to sell or buy property. Houses often remain on the market for several months with little or no progress and lots of frustration. Buyers often purchase property without knowing all their options or understanding pricing. That’s where we come in. With our superior knowledge from years of involvement in the Lake Oconee real estate market as realtors, appraiser and investors, plus our advanced use of innovative market strategies, we have been able to sell millions of dollars worth of property despite the overall negative market.
Last year, we helped sell over $15,000,000 worth of real estate including golf course community property, lakefront property, off-water property and land sales. The bottom line is results and as you can see from the statistics, WE DO GET RESULTS! Much more satisfying to us though, were the many clients we helped and the many new friends we made in the process. That is more important to us than any statistic or award.
Our strategy is simple. Two heads are better than one. That means double the effort to provide total commitment and dedication to our clients. We are always available and won’t be “absent” or on “vacation” when needed. We also believe two heads are better than teams or organizations.
